Summer Hill House - First Floor Addition

About the project.

Renovation of a heritage listed, freestanding federation house in the inner west Sydney suburb of Summer Hill.

The project consisted of the addition of a first floor parents retreat plus an ensuite and oversize walk-in wardrobe, remedial underpinning work, replacement of ground flooring hardwood timber flooring plus addition of the period timber staircase.

The project was brought in ahead of contracted schedule.
